Lovely food and delivered promptly. Only issue was the hoisin sauce with the 1/4 duck was too salty

Thank you for the refund. I have never had such a bad meal from you. The starter most of which was burnt was unable to be eaten. The special chow mein was dark brown, dry and just tasted of soy sauce. Meat not disguingishable First bad meal from you.

Sent me burnt prawn balls instead of chicken. Chicken f/r was bright yellow. They did replace the burnt prawn balls with burnt chicken balls. I had to go into the bin to give the delivery driver the prawn balls back.

Always come here for a takeaway, always good food. The countdown timer was out of sync but other than that it was all spot on

Ordered beef and black bean sauce (peppers) which then contained copious amounts of chilli, ordered this dish on previous occasions from the same place and this was never the case before, hence the repeat order. The dish was way too fiery to eat. Called to say how disappointed I was and said they would replace it for the same dish without peppers but only if I returned the original dish. Happy to do so as wasn’t going to eat it but wondered why they would ask for it back?! What would they do with it? Or did they distrust what I was saying? Lots of background shouting when the girl that answered the phone asked the questions about my dish. Not an enjoyable experience. Ordered from them a few times and found it the best in the Blackpool area - feel fobbed off to be honest. Will be venturing elsewhere. Shame.
